Can we use usb to serial communication using laptop by storyboard exported exe file

Hello guys, I know we can export .exe file from storyboard to run it on laptop. Can we include drivers/libs for some USB to CAN and USB to RS232 general cables? My intent is i want to create GUI application running on any laptop communicates via USB to CAN cable and can talk to my embedded system. I have driver files for my cable.
