Deploy to STM32F429I EVAL board

Hi

I'm new to Storyboard and I would need a guide of some sort to deploy a project on an MCU; I have a project and I have exported it as Embedded Resource Header (C/C++) but now I can't figure out how to deploy this via usb mini cable.
