  • Hi Martin,

    At the moment it isn't currently possible within Storyboard to register an event handler for the mouse wheel.  It is something on our roadmap, but it has not been scheduled to a particular release at the moment.

    Would you be able to describe your use case a little bit more?  What platform are you targeting?

    Cheers,
    Mike

  • Hi Mike,

    We are using the win32 engine as a "test-drive" for our user interface to show the customer an early prototype fo the UI before we switch to the embedded linux target.

    And there I was just "tempted" to use mouse wheel to scroll in long list boxes.

    So, nothing realy important becasuse on the final hardware we use a touch screen with mouse (o;

    Thanks anyways,

  • That's often the case with the mouse wheel, another great usage for the mouse wheel is zoom behavior without a multitouch simulator.  Perhaps even simulating physical rotary knobs as another possible use case.

    Happy Storyboarding!
