    unfortunatly this is not enough information to suggest you troubleshooting steps.
    You may want to create a Support ticket and share more details about your issue.

    please include:

    • Target platform
    • OS
    • Render engine 
    • Precise description of the issue
    • Pictures or videos (if necessary)
    • Logs
    • others that you consider helpful
